Equestrian Background
Horses have been part of Barbara’s life since she was 18. She’s a retired dressage instructor, a USDF Bronze Medalist, and has owned and ridden horses for more than 40 years.
Her experience includes being able to see how a large stable operates thanks to her husband who was the manager of a major boarding stable in San Juan Capistrano, where she gained firsthand knowledge of the professional barn operations and horse care.
Later, after purchasing her own horse property in Norco, she learned firsthand what it takes to manage a private ranch and tailor a property to different riding disciplines.
This combination of professional stable experience and personal horse-property ownership allows Barbara to evaluate equestrian properties beyond square footage and price, considering factors such as barn layout, trailer access, zoning regulations, acreage usability, and trail connectivity.
For horse owners, those details matter.
⭐ “Barbara is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and ethical.”

Selected Transactions
Throughout her career, Barbara has represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types.
Some notable transactions include:
Rockwood Ranch — San Pasqual Valley
Sold this historic ranch property for $3.3 million early in her career.
Organic Orange Grove Acquisition
Represented the buyer in purchasing a 500-acre organic orange grove valued at $6 million, located within the boundaries of the historic Rancho Guejito Mexican Land Grant.
Norco Market Milestone
Helped break the Norco market by selling a unique acreage property in Norco for $2 million, demonstrating the premium potential of equestrian real estate in the community.
Vintage Home Revival — Ontario
Worked with a family to restore a mid-century rental home—uncovering original hardwood floors and embracing its 1950's charm—before successfully bringing the property to market.
Real Estate Roots
Barbara grew up in a real estate family. Her father, sister, and niece were all brokers, and she first entered the business working as her sister’s assistant.
Seeing how experienced agents guided clients through major financial decisions inspired her to earn her real estate license in 2004, followed by her broker’s license in 2012.

Whether helping someone buy their first mini-ranch or sell a long-time family estate, she tailors her strategy to each client’s goals and timeline.
