When we started our search for our horse ranch a couple years ago we had no question of who to ask to help us with this quest. Barbara Provence was the person for the task. We had very specific needs since we operated a training business and we had very specific “wants”.  With each property we looked at I cannot express how helpful it was to have another horseman’s eyes looking at it pointing out things that worked and things that would need to be altered. When she found us the property we now own she was spot on when she told us this one works. She was right, this property has been like something out of dream. Simply put, Barbara was a gift to work with on both our house sale and purchase. These are two of the biggest transactions anyone does in life, and we are so grateful that we had Barbara with us every step of the way for each. Barbara was great! I was referred to her by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. I needed help in selling my home and I had a lot of questions about the process, which I hadn’t gone through for a very long time. A lot of things had changed. When buying our home we wanted to find a location that was big enough for our family but priced fairly for Orange County, CA. She worked hard to find the perfect home. She also educated us on the realities of first-time home buying. Her energy and expertise are only outdone by her "grit".
